YO!GA - Yoga & Rap
A fusion of rap and yoga to improve confidence, reduce stress and build strength and flexibility.
The workshop combines yoga and rap spoken word exercises that will engage participants to feel into their body and practice positive rap affirmations in a mindful way. Some sections are choreographed to music.
There is also the option to invite the students to write their own affirmations of yoga raps and perform them to each other.
