Performance - How to use laughter & humour to de-stress! (Great for a school assembly)

With the aid of a creative facilitator, this performance workshop for schools and young people enables them to discover their 'humour triggers' and how to use them, in order to help them deal with stressful situations in both a positive and fun way.

This hands-on performance workshop is a high-octane, fast-fix session that can be run in an assembly and boost the morale of all who take part!

It is guaranteed to leave everyone feeling de-stressed and thoroughly energized for the day ahead!

Carousel sessions can then take place with smaller groups throughout the rest of the day.
